TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of REYES (the "Service"), provided by REYES (operated by Phantom Era). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a US resident, and able to enter a binding contract.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and update it as it changes.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access — email support@e2v.ai.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

REYES offers a Free plan and paid Plus and Pro plans. Current pricing lives on our pricing page.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
Refunds: email support@e2v.ai within 14 days of a charge (first purchase or renewal) and we will refund that payment in full. Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full at any time. We reply within 2 business days; approved refunds return to the original payment method in 5–10 business days. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Do not connect financial accounts you do not own or are not authorized to use.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its APIs.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
Do not use REYES to evade taxes, launder funds, or commit identity fraud.

5. Financial information — what REYES is and is not

REYES provides software tools and informational content. REYES is not a bank, broker-dealer, money-services business, lender, registered investment adviser, certified public accountant, tax preparer, enrolled agent, credit-repair organization, law firm, or licensed insurance producer. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, accounting, investment, or insurance advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying any output before acting on it. Always review with a licensed professional before filing a tax return, sending a dispute, or executing a financial strategy.

6. Connected accounts and Plaid

REYES uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect to your financial institutions. By using the connection feature, you (a) authorize Plaid to access your account information on your behalf in read-only mode, (b) authorize REYES to receive and process that information to provide the features you request, and (c) agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy and applicable terms at plaid.com/legal.

REYES does not move money, does not initiate transfers from your linked accounts, and does not store your bank login credentials. You may disconnect any institution at any time from Settings.

7. Credit-bureau data

If you opt in to score monitoring, you authorize our credit data provider to access your consumer credit file for the purposes of providing your score, factor codes, and tradeline summary inside REYES. Soft inquiries generated for monitoring do not affect your score. We will not perform a hard inquiry without your explicit consent at the point of the action.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant REYES a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to our retention policy.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep REYES available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where the change is material, we will give reasonable advance notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using REYES at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, attempt to harm the Service or other users, or if continued service would expose REYES or others to legal or financial risk.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY FINANCIAL, TAX, OR CREDIT INFORMATION.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REYES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold REYES, its affiliates, and its personnel harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules; the seat of arbitration is Wilmington, Delaware. You and REYES each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where the waiver is prohibited by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@e2v.ai.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Security overview, and Cookie Notice are the entire agreement between you and REYES regarding the Service.
