These Terms govern your access to and use of REYES ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
REYES provides software tools and informational content. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, broker, lender, or licensed financial advisor. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying any output before acting on it.
If you connect a bank, credit, or other third-party account, you authorize REYES and its aggregator to access that data on your behalf. Third-party services have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant REYES a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
We work hard to keep REYES available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You may stop using REYES at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REYES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold REYES harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; you waive any right to a class action, except where prohibited.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
