- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. Email support@e2v.ai within 14 days of a charge (first purchase or a renewal) and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions about how much you used it. Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full at any time. Include the email on your account and the date of the charge; we reply within 2 business days and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method in 5–10 business days. Cancelling is separate from a refund: it stops all future renewals immediately, and your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
